3,000 mile brake pad inspection

After reading all the posts about 1,000 mile or less brake pad changes, I was certainly shocked today. Took the pads off my 2016 Haibike XDURO Touring S RX. I turned over 3,000 miles this week and was surprised to see over 1.7mm of pad material left on the Magura 7.4 pads. Just shows I do more riding than stopping on this ebike I guess!

Central Illinois, you bet! I have 2,800 miles on my Haibike Full Seven too. About 1/3 of that is on single trails. Plenty of steep stuff out there, original pads too. Just checked the mtb, 1.2mm on it. Time to order, Jenson has them for $5.99/pr
