2nd EBIKE for Tall Rider

I’m 6’5” 220....A few weeks ago I bought a 2017 HAI SDURO Cross 4.0 with a Yamaha motor. The bike is great and now I’m addicted to EBIKES. Since my son who is also 6’5” rides it all the time I’m gonna have to buy another bike.

I’ll probably get a HAI TREKKING bike but not sure whether I should order one with a Yamaha or Bosch motor. I like the Yamaha and actually enjoy the fact that it cuts out at 20 mph and is legal on the bike trails. Thoughts on Bosch vs Yamaha on this platform?

My question is have I missed something.... Is there some other bike that would be great for a tall person?

They can ship it to your nearest dealer. Both, Bosch and Yamaha are pretty good systems. If you get a second Yamaha drive, you both can make use of the extra charger and the battery. Swap components when needed.

I have ridden this bike and it is great for tall people. I am 6'5" also and it was a great fit. It has the Yamaha motor and 29 inch wheels. It provides assist up to 20 MPH.

Power assist fades away above 80 RPM on the Yamaha while the Bosch continues up to >110 RPM.
