25km/h mode to 45km/h mode

to get to fullspeed of 45km/h can i get software and equipment somewhere or do i have to go to seller? Thanks allready!
You need a device (connects to the battery socket) and software to go with it and they are not available to consumers, so yes, you need to convince the dealer to change it. As a job it takes only 2 minutes, but they might have other reasons for not doing it.
