No ebike is perfect, this is a thread dedicated to sharing known issues or problems with electric bikes from Amego as well as any help and solutions you know of. Sometimes that means a DIY fix and other times it can mean a recall, software update or part replacement by a dealer.

Any Amego Infinite owners notice a squeaking/creaking around the headset/stem/forks? It's pretty loud and distracting. Wondering how to remedy this.

I didn’t have that. Did you try contacting Amego?

Tighten/adjust the headset. Lube the bearing if it needs it.

I noticed Amego is selling the NCM moscow for $1599, Leon Cycle has it on sale 'til Christmas for $1099.
Don't let the name put you off, That's a lot of bike for $1099.

I paid $1299 for mine a little more than a month ago & I'm absolutely in love with it. I've got
7000 miles on a Juiced CCS that I've got $3k in so far. The NCM moscow is so much more
versatile & so miserly with a charge. The 13Ah will take twice as far as the 21Ah i got with
the CCS. Looks like my love affair with Juiced is over.
