I have a 2021 RipCurrent, bought new in March of that year. The battery is malfunctioning(shutting off while plenty of charge remains). JB tech support says the BMS is likely bad, and I need to send the battery out for repair(for what looks like a minimum of $250). I'm not impressed, and pretty disappointed with the lack of reliability. Have other JB owners faced this issue, and how it's resolved for them(i.e. have you found good quality/reliable battery repair)?
