2017 Levo switched on but no motor power

My 2017 Turbo Levo FSR Battery is brandnew and 100% charged. Today I switched the bike on, as usual the 10 green LEDs are illuminated. The motor does not start. The connection between the battery and the motor cable is free if pollution. After some attempts to fix the connector in the batteryterminal I heard about 10 beeps. The motor does not wake up.
Anyone out there with some tips?

I don't have a Levo but our Vados both generated motor errors with no resulting motor response. Turning the power off and restarting after ~30sec got us home. At home I removed the batteries and sprayed their connectors with a plastic friendly electrical cleaner, letting excess cleaner drip onto a rag. While the batteries dried in a vertical position I mounted the bikes in the work stand and rotated them so the frame mounted connector would drip cleaner out of the frame. After liberally spraying with the cleaner I reinstalled the batteries with no further problems. YRMV. Good luck.
