Hi guys, hope someone can help. I had a knee replacement 5 months ago then as part of my rehab I bought a bike stand and have been using by ebike since 3 weeks ago as an exercise bike without the motor on (it was OK the last time I used it before my op). I went out on it today then after about 10 minutes I got to a hill and noticed the battery and power indicator was flashing (battery was about half full). I turned it off then back on and the battery was showing as half full, but when I started pedalling again it went back to flashing and giving no power. Its likely it wasnt giving power at the start but I didnt notice. When I got back home I fully charged the battery but it is doing the same. DOes anyone have any idea why this is and what I can do to resolve it please?

I have since read about PAS issues so am posting these pictures so someone can advise if this looks OK

Hello, please I need help I have a problème with My electric bike motor, when I'm on kinda hard inclined road and I go lvl 3-4-5 assistance the engine start doing weird sound and I can't move forward, the sound is like constant clicking and metallic grinding. Keep in mind that in normal road with no hard inclined road, I have no problem, only when the Motor is in tention

Sounds like you need to take that bike to a Giant dealer. What model is it?
