I have a 2015 specialized turbo s. At startup, the first light blinks on the battery, indicating a motor issue. There is no power to to motor when i ride. LBS ran diagnostic and said battery is good but no other information about root cause. They've been working with specialized rep to diagnose but have no clue. Current recommendation is to just start replacing parts one by one (wiring harness, battery, then motor) until its fixed. Its hard to believe they are no able to diagnose what seems to be a basic issue. Also, seems like the easiest path would be to swap rear wheel and battery and see if it fixes it, but LBS and specialized has no spares.
Any recommendation on what this might be?
also, is there anyone in the boston area that has a compatible bike that would let me drive over and swap wheel/battery and see if it fixes it?
also, anyone have parts, like battery or rear wheel that they want to get rid of?
thanks!
