No ebike is perfect, this is a thread dedicated to sharing known issues or problems with electric bikes from Platinum e-Bikes as well as any help and solutions you know of. Sometimes that means a DIY fix and other times it can mean a recall, software update or part replacement by a dealer.

Hi everyone,
Does anyone know what it's called and where to get the folding-handlebar part that's like a long machine screw nut for tension adjustment ?
I overtightened it and snapped off the machine screw side.
My bike is the Platinum e-Bikes 3Ond folding ebike, But I'm guessing the folding handlebars and the latch are similar to other folding bikes.
