No ebike is perfect, this is a thread dedicated to sharing known issues or problems with electric bikes from Grace as well as any help and solutions you know of. Sometimes that means a DIY fix and other times it can mean a recall, software update or part replacement by a dealer.

Please be respectful and constructive with feedback, this is not a space for hate speech. In many cases, representatives from the company will see feedback and use it to improve their product. In the end, the goal is to enjoy riding and help each other go further and be safer.

I know that GRACE was absorbed and know longer functional. I still have one of their bikes and am unable to get a replacement (RFID) key card. Any ideas on GRACE support?

Not totally sure about support in the US, give Electric Bikes of New England a call at 888-809-5183. They used to be a distributor of the product. Also, try ElectricRider.com, a Texas dealer of Grace Ebikes at 325-227-6903 and see if they have any info. Otherwise, try in the UK. Someone on the UKpedelecs.com Forum may have some info for you, @Garry Yake.
