No ebike is perfect, this is a thread dedicated to sharing known issues or problems with electric kits from Falco as well as any help and solutions you know of. Sometimes that means a DIY fix and other times it can mean a recall, software update or part replacement by a dealer.

Please be respectful and constructive with feedback, this is not a space for hate speech. In many cases, representatives from the company will see feedback and use it to improve their product. In the end, the goal is to enjoy riding and help each other go further and be safer.

i really need some documentation on how to make the phone app work...what the parameters mean and how to get the f7.7 system to actually work. i am about to embark on a trip across america and some pedal assist would be helpful on the hills...

@gandalf Falco has a youtube channel https://www.youtube.com/user/falcoemotors there is a great video there that will help you. you can also contact Falco on their site. the little blue contact us works great with them. http://www.electricbicycleworld.com/

@gandalf I had a bike shop set mine up, they really gave me no documentation and it was not tuned to my needs at all. I used the contact tab on the falco site and they emailed me within 10 minutes and gave me a suggestion of making 2 changes and it worked.
