1000-1500w hub eBike with Torque sensor?

Bolton's Sabre might be what you're looking for. Throttle, torque sensor (it's a mid drive), 1000-1500w claimed power, good battery: https://boltonebikes.com/collections/ebikes/products/sabre

(you didn't mention your budget)
Budget is around $3k. I do lean toward hub. There is nothing I ride with my current hub eBike that the 500w peaked to 750 motor can’t handle as far as climbs. It’s mostly flat dirt back roads that extend for many miles around my house. I mean, there are some hills that would crush you on a regular bike but they are long and gradual.

For challenging stuff at the local MTB trails I ride my acoustic Cannondale 29er.

I guess I’m looking for better top speed from the current 22-23 mph I have, more power and better range but climbing isn’t a big concern.

I ordered this from Bolton in black, doesn’t ship until Feb so I have some time to decide. I love the way it looks - not a big fan of batteries not integrated into the frame. Should have plenty of range and a power increase over current bike. Looks like it will get around 28, 30-32 with some pedaling. I think it might be good enough for my needs, but there is this lingering thought that I should at least go 1000W if I’m upgrading. Then I also wonder if it matters, because I don’t have a desire to really go passed 30 on a bicycle. Lots to think about, I have a call scheduled with Kyle so I’m hoping that helps me to make up my mind.
