Specialized Turbo Vado SL: An Incredible E-Bike (User Club)

@e-levity The original tires on my Tero 5 are getting a bit bedragled. What are your thoughts on The Specialized Path Finder Pro in 700cx47 or the Pathfinder Sport Reflect700x42 or 29x2.1

    New Spec App?

The first time I used the Specialized App, it worked as expected. The second time I used it, it performed poorly, dropping the rider power and motor power data part way through the ride.. Everything else seemed to be OK. The following images show what the S app was presenting. Has anyone else...

Proper seats/saddles (especially for an e-bike)

When I first started road biking, I had a similar saddle sore problem. First, I worked with my urologist to select a proper saddle. We settled on the Selle SMP brand. I have several, and they work well. Second, I went to my dermatologist. He saw the results of minor abrasion, and said rest it...

    Tero update to Class 3

@ Stefan Mikes: It seems to me that making the Class 1 Tero into a Class 3 Tero defeats the purpose of the original Tero. I had been riding a Specialized Crosstrail on local rail trails and MUPs. As I aged and had some medical problems, I began looking for an electric Crosstrail. Last fall...

Specialized Turbo Vado/Como/Tero/Tero X User Club

@CodyDog: Note that the Tero is a Class 1 bike. I easily spin out at 21 mph and lose the motor. You would not be able to keep up with a Class 3 bike unless you were quite strong. Also, 4X assist is nice.

Specialized Turbo Vado/Como/Tero/Tero X User Club

@Marcela: The saddles with cutout that I have used for many years on road and now my Tero ebike have been made by Selle SMP. Link is https://www.sellesmp.com/en/. My urologist and I both agreed that these were the best at the time, and still very good now. On my roadbike I use the SMP Avant, and...

How to disable fake channel in Mission Control?

@mschwett : When I look at rides in MC, I see a modest amount of data, including Total Consumption in wh, and Average Support Level in %. No chart of motor power. Where do I find this? I guess the only way to get detailed info during and after a ride is to use a GPS-Garmin or Wahoo, with...
