How waterproof is the controller on the Rads? I took my bike camping but was concerned by the forecast rain so I ended up putting the bike back in the Jeep for the night.

Yup, that is what I had. The new rev is only 4mph for PAS 1. Much more manageable for me.

There is a plug on the controller but I'm not sure what it is for. What speed does your PAS level 1 get you to?

I installed the new controller. Not very difficult. Uf anyone else does it be careful of the pins in the connector for the cadence sensor. I have an elbow issues so no real road test. Just a quick jaunt in the neighborhood revealed a much more manageable pedal assist. No rabbit starts now...

Its not a settings issue. Its a programming issue. I contacted RPB and they are sending me a new controller. I'll post my thoughts once I get it installed.

Did you get this done? Mine has the same PAS speeds and I was wondering how you liked the new speeds.
