Giant had LBS change out motor. Still not fixed....

Unfortunately the new wiring harness didn't fix the problem. It's back in the shop and Giant seems to be without answers at the moment. Standard protocol of updates and test, more of the same....

Update: LBS worked with giant and after replacing the "wiring harness" all seems to be working again. Have only been on a few short rides due to weather and schedule, but so far, so good.

My wife's 2021 Revolt E+ Pro is/was having the same problem. Second trip to the dealer and they changed out the wiring harness and sent it back, but unfortunately she hasn't had an opertuinty to test it yet. I will report back after she's had a few rides. If it's still not fixed, I will...

I'm afraid I can't help much other than to sympathize with you. My wife's Revolt E+ Pro is currently in the shop waiting on a "wiring harness" that Giant believes to be the problem. Thus far (800+ miles) my 2020 Revolt has been flawless, but my wife's 2021 has been in the shop multiple times...

It has a Giant RideControl EVO and yes everything appeared to work for both the Giant display and the wahoo, less the error and wrench icon.
