Ground pin on charger plug is loose.

My bike is from radpower ebikes. I noticed that the ground pin on my charger plug feels loose and I can wiggle it up and down. I tried pulling it out and pushing it in but it didnt have any movement there. I have no idea how these plugs even work, but is that normal? Is it possible it could...

Do any radmission owners have battery caps?

I've really enjoyed it so far. It is my first ebike though. The only negative i've really had for it is the lack of gears, which I don't even mind that much since I can always just use a higher level of pedal assist. The seat is also really hard so i swapped it out for a better one. It seems...

Are there any "high end" ebikes with a 500 watt motor?

Thanks. As long as the bike feels the same, I wouldn't mind a 250 watt motor. I just want the pedalling to be just as easy and fun as it is on my radmission. Plus the ease of going up hills.

Are there any "high end" ebikes with a 500 watt motor?

Thanks. My google search says the radmission has 50 nm of torque, while an ebike from trek (it didn't say which one) has 40 nm of torque. How would the power on those bikes compare to my radmission (since those have gears while my bike doesn't)?

Are there any "high end" ebikes with a 500 watt motor?

I'm talking about brands like giant, trek, specialized, etc. An ebike with no throttle but just pedal assist. It seems like they all have a motor of about 250 watts which is less than the motor on my radmission. That makes me think my radmission is more powerful than those (not sure though...

Do any radmission owners have battery caps?

I have a radmission and was thinking about buying some battery caps on etsy to protect the plugs on the battery and the bike when they're exposed. Do any of you guys have something like that? Or do you just take the battery off and leave it like that? Just wondering if they are really...

How durable is the charging port?

Thanks. I guess i'm just wondering if its durable enough to withstand it being plugged in at the wrong angle by accident or something or if it will bend the pin inside of the port. The way my setup is, I have to plug it in from standing over the bike which makes it a bit difficult to plug it...

How durable is the charging port?

I have a radmission which is my first ebike, and I always get a bit nervous plugging the charger in since if the charging port breaks, I need a new $500 battery and I doubt the warranty would cover it. I have bad luck with charging ports on my phones which is a big reason why I try to be very...

Did I balance my battery correctly?

I bought a radmission, and rad states to charge it for 12 hours after your first three rides. I did it differently so i'm wondering if it still gave me the same results. Here is what I did: As soon as I got the bike I put the battery on the charger for 11 hours and 45 minutes. I didnt ride it...

How hard is it to fix a battery?

I bought a radmission, and i'm being very careful with the battery. I dont really know much about them, so i'd like to learn some stuff about what is an easy fix so i wont worry as much if something ever does go wrong. If the charging port on the battery breaks, is that hard to replace? What...

    Is this a good lock?

I own this bike lock, but I havent used it yet. https://www.walmart.com/ip/OnGuard-Bike-U-Lock-and-4-Foot-Cable/782862657 Everything says to buy a more expensive lock, and I plan to buy a better one soon, but whats wrong with this one? It has a 12 mm shackle, its double bolted, and it seems...

    Question about balancing the battery.

I ordered a radmission and rad says to balance the battery for 12 hours after each ride 3 times. When I get the bike, can I ride it once in the morning, turn it off, then ride it again later in the day before I charge it? Pretty much ride the bike periodically until it actually needs charged...

    Radrunner with long legs?

There is the radmission, but im not sure whether to get the high-step or the mid-step due to my long legs, but short arms (68.5 inch wingspan) for my height. Also my inseams about 34.5 inches with shoes on and a tiny bit over 33.5 inches without shoes.

    Radrunner with long legs?

Thanks. I actually measured my inseam again and i think its closer to 34-35 inches, which seems to put me over the max recommended inseam length on the website for it. Do you still think it would be a good fit? My biggest concern is knees being too close and not getting full pedal extension.

Does anybody here ride the mid-step radmission?

Thanks. I didnt think too much about the power, but luckily we dont have many hills here. Its mainly flat.

Does anybody here ride the mid-step radmission?

Thank you for the help. I havent ridden a bike in years too, and I think thats why i'm struggling to figure out what to buy.

Does anybody here ride the mid-step radmission?

Thanks. Can I ask if you have long legs and short arms too? I'm a bit worried because I will have to put the seat up really high to get proper pedal extension, and I dont want to have to lean very far due to my short arms. Or hit the handlebars with my knees.

    Radrunner with long legs?

I'm 5'10 with a 33-34 inch inseam when wearing shoes. Does anybody here have long legs like that with a short torso/arms and ride the radrunner? How does it feel? Do your knees get close to the handlebars?

Are 750 watt ebikes actually legal?

I live in Ohio and the law states ebikes must have a motor LESS than 750 watts. This is also the same as the federal law, and the same wording for ebikes when it comes to that new tax refund for ebikes. So does that mean, an ebike with a motor rated exactly 750 watts is technically illegal...

Ebike that will be comfortable for someone with long legs and short arms for around $1200?

The problem i'm having is, I don't know which one would be the closest to my measurements between the two radmission sizes. I don't want something that feels too small, but I also dont want to have too much reach. I know there is only a half inch difference in reach between them, but i'm not...
