Hello, Do you also all experience this crappy rubber protector of charging socket ? I never can fit it to properly seal the socket after i unplug the charger, takes 5 minutes of manual trying to fit it to the socket holes. Any system which replaces that one to recommend ? Merci

ah ok, so there's no adjustments, tightening the knob or anything ? asking because mine has some loose gap, where i can twist without efect, up and down, was thinking if i can tighten to make it more stiff

well the bike has some issues since then. it was taken to the shop for repair, and returned to me. immediately after handover i noticed that the enviolo shifter on handlebars didnt feel right, was still stiff after 10 seconds of ride and was limited comparing to 380% range, i could not achieve...

Hello, So far i had other ebikes where the operation without motor engaged was almost not audible or at least i though so, its my first bike with belt, not chain. Now with my new Charger 3, when motor is off and i pedal just with my muscles only, i hear the noise each half turn, check video...

So to paint or not to paint tiny scratch with bare metal visible ?

They have also offered 25% rebate for the bike, I’m good with them, the only thing for me was whether to accept their proposal of painting or not

what the dealer proposed is to sand it, paint professionaly and putting a sticker to cover the scratch in addition. on top of that they proposed to install the abus chain holder so overall the sticker/patch will not be visible. maybe its not that bad idea at all to make them do it, of course...

Actually the noise I refer to is when motor is off. Maybe it’s only belt meshing with sprockets, I’ll record video for easier evaluation
