The cheapest way to approach this is to change the rear freewheel to as small of a cog as you can fit, then up the chainrings/crankset if you can push harder at 70-90 cadence. High cadence for speed, yes. Max pressure, no. Tires need to deflect and absorb, not bounce over imperfections in the riding surface. Max pressure is for velodromes!

Mission Control will display cadence. On the stats screen you can long press on any of the data fields to bring up other stats to display.

It sets the load on the bearing. Once you clamp them stem down, the bolt and cap are essentially decorative. You can take off the cap without effects to steering etc. There is a safety element in the redundancy so keeping it all there is a positive.

Looks like Amazon has a 26” rear wheel that will take a 6 speed freewheel for $50. If you can remove the old freewheel from the broken wheel, and spin it on the new one, just a simple brake adjustment should get you back on the road.
