    Lectric XP controller issues ?

Jeremiah Mcintosh posted a video just yesterday that briefly that addresses error messages. He suggests checking the motor connector and the display connector. Make sure that the connectors are clean internally, properly aligned (arrow to arrow) and fully seated.

XP rear wheel removal - help!

I think @Fatire is referring to using smoother street tires, such as the linked Vee Speedter tires (which seem to be unavailable). In regards to smoother street tires, I replaced the stock Lectric XP knobbie tires with Kenda Kraze. They seem smooth and quiet, but I can't compare them to the...

Tall guy (6'1"), suspension seatpost options?

Sometimes, the simplest solution is the best. A lot of riders seem to like it. Do you have first-hand experience with the spring? What happens when you take it over 5mph? Why is it "crazy?"

Tall guy (6'1"), suspension seatpost options?

Not sure if you are referring to my two simple solutions. If so, the first solution merely adds a seatpost extender and a shim -- not very complicated. The second solution just adds a Rinsten spring to the stock XP seatpost -- not very complicated. By the way, a huge advantage of my first...

Tall guy (6'1"), suspension seatpost options?

Your 420mm Kinekt seatpost (although a great option) only adds 70mm over the typical 350mm suspension seatpost about which OP is complaining. Note that OP is trying to find an suspension seatpost that is at least 500mm in length. At any rate, I am not sure to what you are referring in regards...

Tall guy (6'1"), suspension seatpost options?

If you can't find a suspension seatpost that is long enough, you could use a shim on the XP, then insert a smaller diameter seatpost extender. Then insert into the extender a suspension seatpost of that smaller diameter. You might have to trim off some of the extender length. You could also...

Anyone who order their bikes in for April 2020

Well, folks are receiving their Lectric XP's -- mine just arrived (box beat to hell). The thing is, some have received the shipping notice from Lectric, but it appears that UPS is not scanning-in the packages and that they are just sitting in a UPS warehouse.

Anyone who order their bikes in for April 2020

If you got the shipping label notice on May 8th and if you haven't yet received notice that it has shipped, it might be good to start making inquires.

XP rear wheel removal - help!

Nice set-up! What are the handlebar grips? I am waiting for my bike to arrive, but I already have the same Satori Anamaris suspension seat post. It seems rather stiff, and I am not sure if it will work with my 165lbs. It sounds like you might weigh more than me. Did you have to make an...

    Shipping Lectric XP

Folks are receiving their XP's. See this video (by Laurel & Hardy?). Lectric has been behind on their projected shipping dates, but UPS is definitely having problems right now. I have been experiencing delays and crazy shipping updates from UPS for the past two weeks on other items. Last...
