You use the digital mirror full time? I appreciate that it’s available when I have things stacked in the hatch blocking the actual mirror but it’s not something I like to use daily.

Yesterday, I had a chance to check out Electrify America’s flagship location in SF. It has twenty 350 kW plugs, two lounge areas, a family restroom and an onsite security guard. I don’t DCFC much but this was the best experience as far as public charging. When I came in there were 3 open spots...

Yesterdays ride. Kids are getting too big for the trailer. Time to get them a Weehoo.

Garmin Varia on a helmet using Apple Watch app (ARadar).

For sure, but the radar function is still functional if that’s the main thing that a user requires. 👌🏾

Garmin Varia on a helmet using Apple Watch app (ARadar).

I have no experience with the Varia mounted on a helmet but have used it on a rear-facing backpack pocket and it works just fine through the fabric. This is how I used it prior to putting a Garmin mount on my electric scooter.

I so wished that the second row seats were removable. Would make a great camping vehicle. I’m still happy to see an EV van on the market and I love the styling.

As a Bolt owner, I’d kill for 70kW charging. 😂 I’ve only DCFC’d a handful of times and the fastest I’ve seen was 47kW.

I still look at the Ioniq 5 longingly when I see them on the road. And there’s no bad color option either (shooting star would be my last choice). I’d like to see a hot hatch with similar styling (Ioniq 3?).

Hyundai and Chevy used LG batteries so both manufacturers were part of the huge recall. Chevy recalled 141k vehicles and Hyundai recalled 82k vehicles. ICE cars are still much more prone to fires. But battery fires run hot and are much harder to put out.

Haha, not yet. Will definitely be sticking to my steam mop for any real mopping.

There's a water reservoir onboard. When using the mop function, you can specify how much water is released on to a microfiber pad that gets clipped on to the underside of the unit. In action, the robot does a slight back and forward motion (like scrubbing). I would not use this robot as a my...

We got a robot vacuum/mop with LiDAR since they’re getting inexpensive. I’m very impressed and it is saving me a bunch of time every week. I even let it roam around our garage which always gets pretty dirty when the wind blows in small debris from outside. The maps are highly customizable so you...

With Tesla starting to open up the supercharger network to CCS cars, this is a nice start to hopefully urge other EV charging companies to improve their reliability. It’s good to know that if I’m ever in a pinch, I have 18 superchargers open around work.

👍🏽 We’re on a short road trip right now and I just used EVgo twice. I’m looking at the app right now and it looks like my car is eligible for autocharge+ as well. I’d have tried it had I noticed it earlier.

Speaking of sales, we're interested in buying a used EV this year since there is a 30% credit (up to $4000). I'm not sure which model yet but we are leaning towards the BMW i3 for local uses. It was the first EV I ever tried out and I remember how fun it was to drive and I really like the...

Yup. This solution is definitely an improvised solution to those "V2L" features. Until we get a solar + battery backup setup at our house, this inexpensive device will do just fine for the necessities.
