You've posted this in like 2 threads now, but you're using chain checkers that are themselves unable to measure chain wear accurately, and not at all below a 0.5% threshold (and then nothing additional until 0.75% is reached). Using those checkers, you can't honestly say "zero wear" since...

Well, those are just go/no-go checkers that won't show any wear until 0.5% wear is reached. Using them, you can't honestly say "no measurable wear" since you're using tools that can't measure wear below that threshold. A caliper-based checker (see this EBR thread) can tell you incremental wear...

Which checkers are you using? Only caliper-based ones show incremental wear easily.

I can’t imagine being happy about a chain breaking. Especially if you’ve been checking for wear (elongation) and it wasn’t well past 1% stretch.

Yeah, running the software on my Mac also has issues. You can't be using the dark theme in MacOS, for instance, but at least it scales OK with the screen resolution. First thing to do, however, is read from your Satiator and save to a file in case you ever want to reset to factory defaults.
