    E-Bike Computer?

On HR and HRV if one wants accuracy, it requires a chest strap (Polar for example) or at least a forearm strap. Both types usually can be mated to some bike computers I believe. Your standard wrist monitors (Garmin, FitBit, etc) are garbage - not accurate, as they're optical sensors. Here is...

    Light ebike

This is (was?) a great bike. Climbs pretty good grades ok with effort. I love this little sucker, by far my favorite. I can get 25-30 miles easily on most of my rides. But I'm a fan of single speeds - have 4. 2 ebikes and 2 non-ebikes. Also each has a different brakes - rim, mechanical...

    "Current-based" cadence-sensing from Ride1up

Jeremy, I think you and PSm are located within the same area. Why not just see if the two of you could meet up and then you ride his CF Racer? Also there is a "explanation" of their cadence based systems on their site and also I remember a podcast about it (don't remember where). They do use...

    Pinion Motor.Gearbox.Unit (MGU)

Agree on Priority. Could see them doing this on their 600 series (the commuter and adventure ones). They're really tied into Gates and Pinion, already doing the 1.12 gears on them. Not sure about the HXT - we'll see what Hardtail Party says about that bike. Personally I think the Pinion now...

So what's the guess on the new Lectric ONE product coming March 12?

I don't know. Depending on what you're wanting to accomplish, I'd ask Lectric which rear cogs sizes can be used and what style they're using. Probably a 9-spline CDX, but just a guess. I do like belt drives, but messing with different rear cogs and belts can be a pain and expensive, especially...

So what's the guess on the new Lectric ONE product coming March 12?

From here - gear inches. https://www.gear-calculator.com. Use the P1.6 (same specs as the C1.6 that Lectric uses). Changing cogs, depends on the bike. The cog change itself is usually pretty straight forward on a chain drive. BUT...with belt drives it depends on the chain ring, cog size, belt...

So what's the guess on the new Lectric ONE product coming March 12?

Yup, you're probably right. With it's 39 chain ring and 24 rear cog, looks like about mid 30's gear inches in gear 1 to 110-115 gear inches at gear 6. Will be interesting to see some hill climbs, but looks like it's built for speed.

So what's the guess on the new Lectric ONE product coming March 12?

I keep seeing this, but not actually the same Pinion gearbox as the Stromer ST7. Big difference. The ST7 (as does Priorities new HXT non-ebike) uses the Pinion C1.12 with a 600% gear range. The Lectric One is a C1.6 with a 295% gear range. 12 speed vs. 6 speed. Example - the Rohloff is like...

Known Issues & Problems with Priority Bicycles Products + Help, Solutions & Fixes

If it's the belt, a number of ways: 1. The belt is either too tight or too loose. If too loose you'll usually get skipping when you put pressure down. Too tight it will give a ticking sound. 2. Use either the Gates app or the Krikit 91107 belt tension gauge to check tension. Priority will...

Show us pictures of where you ride your ebikes!

Nice! Thanks, good to know. I need to get up there sometime and bring my beach and xc bikes (both single speed non-ebikes however). Here's a shot from last week at South Beach south of Newport. Basically just me and gulls, a couple seals, a few herons, pelicans and some snowy plovers.

Increase speed limit on Priority Current?

Ask them, though it's probably in the settings. I have 2 Priority bikes (non-ebikes). They respond REALLY fast. EDIT: It is in the settings. There is a video on the Priority site - "How to use your Priority Current"...

    Roadster V2 Belt snapped

You can order the 118 CDN ($49.99) or the CDX ($89.99) from Priority Bikes. Plus some shipping I think. CDN is in stock (didn't look at the CDX). https://www.prioritybicycles.com/products/gates-carbon-drive-replacement-belt?variant=1224752332820 Nathanael have you installed the belt? The...

Guessing in the Gorge somewhere - but where??? Dog Mt? Just hiked Eagle Creek last week. Was hard to see the devastation but Punch Bowl still is magical if you just look down.

FYI - Ride1Up now has the non throttle Gravel on sale for a 100 bucks off ($1145).

Singlespeed, hub drive, torque sensor, under 40 lbs?

Actually I believe only the Gravel is now coming with the throttle version. It's my understanding the regular Roadster does not. But you may wish to confirm with Ride1Up. But that being said I believe you say that Columbia has a max of 250 w. The Roadsters hub motors are 350 w nominal.

    Roadster V2 Gravel Edition

Interesting on the tire fitment. I note on the Ride1Up advanced geometry specs the L fork size is 2mm longer than my M size. I think on the L size you will receive the WTB's. Will be good to see what you find out and yes report back. BTW the tooth count on the gravel is 120. This Gates site...
