    Quick-E+

Hey Guys, any thoughts about hanging a Quick E+ vertically, from the front rim, like in the attached? The bike cage at work is getting pretty full (lots of e-bikes) but no one is hanging them yet. Wonder if anyone's tried this and seen any damage

Power on, and then press the lights button 5 times. That's what worked for me anyway. Posted about it in another thread here.

got my Quick E+ 2019 for Christmas. Also interested in hearing about other's tire choices, but only because my commute is 100% on the road, and I feel like the knobby tread on the Schwalbe is more for off road... but I havent' ridden enough to really be sure of that change. IIRC the video of...

    Possible Giant Hack

This must be the case. Mine said "top speed 28.0 mph" before and after doing the 5 button trick to get it out of the demo 10 mph max mode. now it says 30.4 as thats my new highest speed. Assist seems to cut out around 27.6 mph, but I'm so rarely at that speed its hard to say for sure.

    Possible Giant Hack

    Possible Giant Hack

This *exact* thing just happened to me. I bought a new Quick E+ 2019 and had played with the lights a few times (before I could 'open' it for xmas), then I took it out on xmas day and the motor stopped helping at ~10mph... came home, found this thread. Pressed power, then the light button 5...

    Quick-E+

ran into this link from an r/ebikes post on reddit that has some cold weather tips for ebikes in general, but nothing specific on the Quick E. Because it uses the yamaha system, it probably makes sense to look at comparisons for drive systems (bosch, yamaha, bafang, brose, etc. etc.) in cold...

    Quick-E+

Very good thought, thanks for the tip! I may just pull the trigger this weekend... just in time for the rain to return here in Seattle ;)

    Quick-E+

Joined up here just to follow this thread :) I really like the price + speed + support combo with this bike, but occasionally I get numb wrists on my hybrid trek bike, so I'm concerned about hitting those bumps faster without suspension. Has anyone put an aftermarket suspension fork on the...
