I'll try to find a quote... but on the dutch Stromer forums they mentioned that Stromer had a pre-order of 1000 or so bikes that needed to be delivered, but they're not producing fast enough.

So far I have 300 miles mostly in S mode and 2. No issues so far. Longest trip is roughly 30 miles each way.

Call the dealer to bought your bike from. They are a distributor in the US, they should not be a primary contact. They reach out to the dealers and if they have time, talk to consumers. The dealers deal with repairs and warranties.

The phone mount should be included. I’m not too sure about the di2 phone display question.... but I got used to it rather quickly, feeling what gear I’m in.

Of course. Take your time! There's quite a bit to learn on the bike. Play around with the toque and brake sensors until you find a happy median you enjoy. Also, Stromers can slog on hills if you start pedaling before the bike is fully turned on (Throws off the torque sensor).

My ST5 handles itself well on hills, it doesn’t fly up hills but does well. Make sure you calibrate the torque sensor and turn up the torque.
