are you sure it's not the display getting loose? i've had that issue on my ktm before and it was because i didn't fully click in my display to the cradle. i'd also check the connector pins to see if there clean.

which bosch computer is it - is it the purion or the intuvia? if it's the purion (the smaller one) i think the port's for diagnostics only. if its the intuvia (the center mount one) i think it might only be compatible with certain phones with certain voltages, and idk if iphone was one of them.

interesting stuff, but it seems really short sighted to go direct and compete with giant and haibike. that might cause some problems for them.

nice article! i've heard alot of people saying propel is a great shop so good for them. i really hope nyc gets with it and eases up on regulations a bit. i'd prefer a mid-drive for inter city stuff myself, the sensor reaction times always felt better to me.
