Thanks for the link. I’ve tried multiple times to download the software, ensuring I had proper cell coverage for at least 30 mins and I can get it to work. I’m going to post in the main forum to see if anyone else is experiencing the same thing.

I did that and it reset everything, thank you. Also, my bike downloaded the new firmware but it goes in a continuous loop when you click yes to install, it just keeps asking the same question every 20 secs.

Just over 800 since May on Stromer st2. Use it almost wholly for commuting, 10 miles each way.

I've been riding to work more and more. Almost 800 miles in 3 months - each way is 10miles. We are spoiled here in Minneapolis with an exceptional trail system. I ride one mile to the trail on the road, then 9 miles of paved bike trails followed by 7 blocks of road downtown. Lots of people...

Not the best, but my setup.

Almost 800 miles in three months! Solved a couple issues - rear fender was rattling and figured out it is a 3mm wrench / bolt through the hole. Also tightened up the headset using a 5mm spacer, wasn't able to tighten it due to the height of the steerer tube.

I had the exact same issue and tightening the headset didn't work. It's because there weren't enough spacers and the compression plug didn't have enough space to pull down. Added a thin 5mm spacer and problem solved, no more "clunk" or loose headset. Next ride I'll try no hands again....

Just passed 500 miles. Still as amazed as day one. With the trailer this set up could take the place of a car for 8 months of the year where I live.
