Issues with Firmware download on ST2

For the last couple weeks my ST2 has been trying to download new software and failing to do so. Every time I turn it on or off, it shows “Update will be processed” then it cycles through another screen and comes back to the Welcome screen. Once in this loop there is no way out and it just does it continuously. If you start riding sometimes it clears, but most of the time I get the drive error. I’ve tried unplugging the battery as that was the only way to get rid of the drive error. Any other ideas?

I have firmware ST2 SUI V2.0 I.262 I

I have also read the details on Stromer’s site regarding the need for a strong connection for 10 mins. When riding yesterday and today it had the download icon going for a good 15 minutes, but when I parked, same issue, the loop between Welcome and Update will be processed.

I cannot get a download to latest firmware period.... Someone else recently solved their problems by calling stromer USA and they initiated download to bike themselves. Think I will do that also when I can get free time during business hours. Maybe that will make a difference for you if they initiate it themselves
