if u get the spoke replaced by the shop make sure they not only reinstall the spoke but also re-dish it as well

Get it fixed Asap. If it was a front spoke not a big deal but since its a rear get it done right away. The wheels in the back are dished and trued to balance out the weight of the motor. If you go riding with one busted spoke you could break more.

The oil doesn't go between the gears. If you are looking at the cassette from the front it goes just above the spline where a cassette tool goes in. There is a split or a crack between the top part and the middle part inside that crack you put the tri-flow oil in. Hope this helps. Also for more...

also if its a cassette soak the freewheel part overnite in triflow or pb blaster.
