I found this about 25 years ago in the roadway of an old bridge that was later blown up and replaced. I haven't weighed it, but it's about 12 pounds. It's well established as a go-to solution for a lot of things. It makes square pegs go in round holes! TT

Welcome to the fourm. Looks like a great bike. It can be really hard to find the right saddle. You might try some place like REI where you know they'll let you return one if you don't like it. Either that or develop an iron butt. TT

Good point about it being a new bike. Take it back to the dealer. It should be under warranty. Long-term, bleeding brakes is a routine job. Depending on your comfort level with simple mechanics, it is the kind of job that many people would do themselves. TT
