Not getting pedal assist power, and intermittent throttle response

Best to ask Innotrace. Also, each Innotrace controller needs to be calibrated to each torque sensor.

Disconnect the shift sensor then and see if the issue persists.

Is this hole supposed to be there?

Yes the original post shows lots of our bikes so it can be confusing :)

We have 2 innotrace and they do the same thing. Perhaps this is a design feature to increase range. At least that's what we think and hence why we don't offer it. I'm not a big fan of motor cutting in and out.

Is this hole supposed to be there?

The FS is different from the u1000 which is the bike in question here. FS frame was redesigned late 2020. We carried a cheap ks dropper that was externally routed and sold 1000s of them till we sold out last month.

Is this hole supposed to be there?

If you've looked at this bike, you'll see that there is no exit for the dropper post on the seattube. For externally routed dropper posts, you could run it along the top tube and zip tie it. But customers don't usually like that. So they run it along the seattube, then it goes in through the...

Is this hole supposed to be there?

Another post about this topic: Bottom line: you could leave it or cover it. Several customers have done both. Neither have ill-effects. If you do cover it and have water in there, open up the cover to let moisture out.

Is this hole supposed to be there?

It's there so you can route a dropper post through it. It also acts as an access when you need to route cables through the down tube. There is also different styles of down tubes on these bikes. Some come with the opening and others don't. Like I've said on FB, you could cover it but if you do...

The red one is the 19" frame and the others are 17". Hence why the frames look different.

Anybody swap out their chainring for a smaller one for better climbing?

That depends on whether it'll clear the frame. Only one way to find out.

Anybody swap out their chainring for a smaller one for better climbing?

The chains used on 10sp and 11sp are different. So you should get the chainring to match the speeds on your bike.

39T. We found 38T to cause interference (chain hits the spider) when used with the stock spider.
