    It's not normal to ride with a saddle pointing 20 degrees downward. What is she trying to accomplish by doing that? She may be better off with a saddle that has a large cutout, or a dual nose saddle like an ISM.

    Bosch is really bad with documentation at both the user and technical level, at least in English. This is a very brief overview of all modes, but not all will be available on your Gazelle. There is also a Gazelle user's group that has some videos available, but I haven't watched them.

    I understand the mechanical math. I'm talking about the manufacturer's claims. The motor will be detuned to 300w maximum and cannot be adjusted. At least, that is the word on the street. Once I get my dongle registered, I should be able to get the truth straight from TQ.

    Do you have Flow or Flow+? It looks like v1.28 made 3D map changes, some of which require the Flow+ subscription. I'm not familiar with the mapping features of either version.
