    Has anyone considered the friction caused by heavy grease. Friction is a big issue in the efficiency geared motors. From what I have read it is one of the reason bevel cut gears are seldom used in ebike motors. Quiet ebike motors are nice though. It is one of the reasons to love electric power.

    I bought a Juiced bike because I was sure it was a strong and stable company around for the long haul. The party who bought it from me felt the same way. We all know how that turned out. The fact is it is really hard to tell how strong and solvent a company will fair in the long run.

    Remove the cap and if there is an air valve there increase the pressure. It may take a special pump with a straight nozzle. Mine would need about 100 psi.

    Squeeling brake help please we

    Clean the rotors well as they must be completely free of any oil film. I don't know how you can do that. I did not try scrubbing with 409 and rinsing with water but it is a good degreaser.     Shifting Gears

    Thy are easily bent and can be bent back in shape quite easily. They can get bent in a bike rack. My new bike was packed very nicely with no box damage and it was still bent quite a bit. There is a tool for straightening them.
