I immediately swapped out the saddle for an older Trek one I had on my old mountain bike. I also recently added the eeSilk+ suspension seat post, which I LOVE. Just getting back into riding so only about 10 miles a day ATM.

After a month, I decided I wanted the bars just a tad higher and closer for my old back and wrists. I changed out the stock 90mm/7deg stem for a 90mm/17deg. After re-tweaking hand grips and levers, I'm happy. :)

I found a very cool case on Amazon that fits like it was custom made for the Trek/Bosch battery.

No issues. Mirror is clear, holds its adjustment, etc. I was dawn to this one since it was so clean looking, really nicely made. It looks like it came on the bike.
