Will This Sort of Topeak Rack Work With Dropper Post?

Old man mountain racks are your best bet for dropper posts.

Any pictures of how you transport your favorite ride?

Bike and boat only - no car? If so, I am jealous of your ability to pull this off. Though I would still miss my truck nonetheless

    Introducing BH Bikes

    Shame it didn't work out.

Overstock on BH Easymotion Bikes over 50% off on some models

Might as well chime in that I bought my BH from Lenny and they did an incredible job packing it for shipment. It took me a good half hour to unpack the bike from the shipping box. Would buy again from Lenny. In contrast, I bought an eBike from Motostrano a couple years back, and they just threw...

Rear rack for Yamaha cross core

If your bike can take an Old Man Mountain rack, that is the only way to go, in my not-so-humble opinion.

Seriously (not subjectively)... Do suspension forks improve safety on Urban ebikes?

Really the only way to answer this is for you to ride down a bumpy city road with a rigid frame at 28mph and ask yourself if this is safe. Personally, I love the comfort of full suspension on my eBike, and think it is a major safety advantage.

bike stand for maintenance for an ebike

Had a good experience with the kickstand today out in the field. Felt a little flimsy, but surprisingly held the weight of my bike with the rear panniers fine. Just what I needed. Thanks.

Are you telling me you are carrying the spare battery in a backpack?!

I have a yamaha middrive with the external downtube battery. Fits fine in emate.

Are you telling me you are carrying the spare battery in a backpack?!

I keep my spare in an Ortlieb eMate pannier. I have a thick piece of styrofoam cut out that fits inside the pannier, and surrounds the battery on all sides. Gives protection in a crash. I've had a few falls on the trails with the spare in the pannier and no damage.

Pennsylvania Rides | Meetups | Pennsylvania Riders

Great pictures, thanks. I am planning a three night trip next Tuesday through Thursday, driving in from NE Philly on Tuesday, then back friday morning. I was thinking of doing the WMRT and the C&O, and/or anything else in the general area that I may not be aware of. I already did the GAP trail...

Are you telling me you are carrying the spare battery in a backpack?!

Anybody familiar with this ortlieb? https://www.rei.com/rei-garage/product/189061/ortlieb-travel-biker-pannier-single Can't find any info on it online. Seems like an older product. Not sure if its a pannier or trunk bag.

bike stand for maintenance for an ebike

Arrived today, seems like a quality kickstand. How far out did you adjust the length of your kickstand? How many "clicks " are visible? Excited to finally have a kickstand on this bike.

bike stand for maintenance for an ebike

Ordered the same kickstand. It showed up today. Any tips for installing? I did not receive any instructions or torque specs for the bolts.

bike stand for maintenance for an ebike

Does it work well for general use while riding? I have the same bike as you and have been looking for a kickstand for a while.

bike stand for maintenance for an ebike

What is that kickstand that you attached to your BH?
  16. B

Trust me. Your on-line purchased ebikes will be delivered safe and sound...

Funny video but there weren't any/many UPS/FEDEX drivers. I think as long as your bike is shipped with one of them, insured, you have 99.5% nothing to worry about.

    Another eBike forum

Stumbled across the embn forums, they have a really active eBike forum. Its UK based, and mostly electric mountain bike related, but a lot of good stuff. https://www.emtbforums.com/community/

Who can tell me what thread should be attached to the axis of an electric bicycle.

Why don't you explain your question a bit more and maybe somebody can help you.

    Rock and Roll lube

I also use rock and roll gold. That clump should dissolve into the solution with a good shake. Needs to be dissolved before use. Try sticking a coffee stirrer in to stir up the clump, and then shake. If it still doesnt dissolve, send it back as defective. Then buy another bottle. Love this...

Pennsylvania Rides | Meetups | Pennsylvania Riders

I was also thinking of the WMRT. Seems like a good ride. What other trails in that area would you recommend? I would make a long weekend out of it, next weekend.
