    Outlet timer and delay?

These look like standard 24 hour timers does not seem like there is a delay on them and it will run every 24 hours which is not ideal. At home it would charge my battery again if left plugged in

    Outlet timer and delay?

Sorry I get that this solution would make you happy but I am looking for a very simple and mechanical solution is all. The internet can be unreliable and I would have to setup some logic so I know as the user my routine is going to run properly. Think about the fact then when I turn it on there...

    Outlet timer and delay?

If I leave my battery on the charger because I sometimes don't ride for 3-4 days it would charge it each day. I am just surprised there is no delay feature on any of these outlets with timers on them. It's a niche problem I know but I want to just come in from a ride, put my battery on a timer...

    Outlet timer and delay?

Yeah it's an option if I can't find anything else. I don't want it to run every 24 hours though or else I would just use a daily timer. I can go to work at any time and come home from rides any time so it need to be on demand

    Outlet timer and delay?

I do have a smart home so I also thought about programming a smart outlet (one with a button on top) you would plug in and when you press the button you just run a routine to start a 2 hour timer then turn on and run for 6 hours then turn off. Problem is I also have a charger at work that I also...

    Outlet timer and delay?

FYI this is what I currently use for auto turning it off when charging. You just press the button for the amount of time. https://www.ebay.ca/itm/282830184377 I thought about using a spin Timmer that has pins for 6 hours and you would just turn the dial to 2 hours before the on peg so the...

    Outlet timer and delay?

I have been looking for a simple outlet that allows me to set 2 timers. A delay timer and then a length timer. When charging my ebike battery to get the most life out of it I don't want to charge it after a long run when it's hot. So I normally wait 2-3 hours then charge it for like 5-6 hours...

Are you going to ride in snow?

I rode my bike all this winter commuting to work in Ontario. I refused to ride it on icy and wet days because even with fenders I got soaked and salty water and lots of it all over the bike is bad. I got a pair of gloves that had warmers in them but really in -15c weather it really only take the...

Another way to attach tire rack without those ugly silver bars?

I never thought about shrink tubing. That would be really cheap and inexpensive. That is actually not a bad idea. After doing some looking around I was also thinking about Plasti Dip which sprays on but is like a rubber coating on them

Another way to attach tire rack without those ugly silver bars?

So I just got a nice Topeak MTX rack for my iGO electric and my Fat tire ebike so we can interchange removable baskets and lunch pails.. Really cool system. The only thing that I hate at the ugly silver bars that they give to you to attach the device. Does anyone else know of a better way to...

    Greenergia

What do you think about them? Are the decent? What display do you run with them?

    Greenergia

Yeah I am debating this.. I have a generic controller now so I can't modify it at all so even a better controller and screen to program it might help the motor perform better on hill etc. I fell like my current controller just has one speed.. I have also thought about upgrading to 1000w motor...

    Greenergia

That's most likely why I am getting all hung up here. port might look the same but its not! Looks like the EggRidder v2 will support a Befang controller setup which it looks like the Greenergia is trying to mimic. Ill confirm with them though.

    Greenergia

No my motor uses the Bafang style smaller 500w the one that is larger seems to only be for 750w+. So wait Greenergia uses Bafang displays? well that's fine I like the Bafang displays it just looked like the same julet plug on both. I know that does not mean they are compatible

    Greenergia

Has anyone had much experience with the Greenergia controllers? https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B088KJFZN7, I am looking at the 48V500W22Ah model and it looks like it works with all my existing connectors and I am looking to pair it with a KT-LCD8S. It will work with my Higo motor plug also

    Changing to off road mode

To Add to that 500w(rated) means the company rates it at 500w.. I have seen 1000w motors rated at 500w because that's what the company wanted to rate it at to make it conform to standards. My iGo is 500W rated and I see the screen read 1700w at points when going up a hill for like 2 minutes. A...
