I was almost booted out of a tim horton's drive through on my ebike. She asked if my bike was motorized and was left alone after I said it had a motor. I stopped supporting them after this, not to mention the high price on a dozen pre-frozen donuts.

Tern is a good quality bike, the only cons I see are, weight, small range cassette, needs to be de-restricted. Overall though, a top notch unit.
