Hello to all, I have RIZE RX 1000 Watt mid drive, bought in February. I have had lots of issues with it including waiting on new battery. Thinking of selling and purchasing new bike, any recommendations 1000 Watt mid drives?

They replaced the battery after I made 5 minute video showing the fuses were OK, the charger was OK and using and amp meter showing no current was going through battery. No does not light up, I was sent video on what they wanted tested. That's what I sent back.

I have been talking to them, they told me to make the video. Made it this morning and sent it off. They wanted proof that it was not the fuses using a multi-meter. I would not be surprised if they ask for something else today. Don't want write anything on Rize forum until I get new battery.

Battery on my RIZE RX crashed last week on cycle home from work, checked the fuses when got home and used multi-meter to confirm it was battery. RIZE have been a pain in the a## since I informed them. Sent them videos, they get back and ask to make 1 full video. Take multiple pictures they want...

I use bike go to work lots up and down hills, and it's bumpy. Don't think small folding bike would do the job.

75% time big car blocks the bike, always at night. Hard see unless cars next to mine are gone. Starting think 2 locks, tracking alarm, and bring bike up to condo when I won't be using should be enough.

Found alarms you can hide on bike, hide in frame bike moved they go off like a car alarm. And you can connect to phone.

Well said, bike rack in parking garage is full with 40 bikes. F##k tenants will be complaining about me bringing bike up elevator everyday. Unless I put ground anchor in and take battery away every day when locked.

Think I'll do that, without telling anyone. Wife's car blocks the bike majority of time, but when two of us go out it can be seen. My last bike I just locked it, but spent $4,000 on this new bike.

I ordered the red rize rx, I want my bike start March. Bikes are selling out really quick everywhere and I don't want wait till May. Pay $100 a week on UBER, so should get most cash back this year.

Live in Toronto my trip is up and down, long 500m 30 degree slopes. My old ebike used throttle going up as it was hard cycle at end of day.

Just saw that, and the rize x is only available in silver :) . Got to make mind up tonight I think.
