Looks like a class 1 kit but not sure how the PAS works and a downside is the internal battery but it looks like it is half the cost of the Bimotal witch is similar. I like the idea though.

I get it, I just don't think the nostalgia aspect of it is worth the price they want.
If they added attachment points for things like racks, locks and such I would buy one. This bike is for short rides around town.
Can't adjust the seat position no rack of fender mounts is a no go here. No way would I pay that much for a bike just for riding around the neighborhood.
This Model should have been called Xpower not Xpremium. There are no premium parts on this bike and with external wiring and wire loom that looks like they found cases of unused cassette tapes and decided to use to wrap the wires.
