Ironically, even though I learned to drive on a standard shift, my first car was an automatic 1964 Chevrolet Impala!🥴 Just an FYI, I was born in 1953 and MANY women in my grandparents generation never learned to drive period, not even getting a driver’s license!😳

I just rotated the stem on my XP 3 and found out it wasn’t nearly as involved as I thought it was going to be!!👍🏼

I was 15 in 1968 and my parents insisted that I learn to drive using a manual transmission! So glad I did considering I drove a truck for the majority of my working career.

I have my bolt real loose but can’t get the stem to budge! Mine has a washer around the bolt which I don’t see in any of the videos!!?!?

Actually I bought a very similar seat I swapped out on my Denago and put it on the XP 3. The stock seat on BOTH bikes were made for young folk!😉

Thanks Scooter! I have seen 2 videos and the second one I can handle because he gets the bolt loosened without taking off the gizmo part with the spring! Let me ask you this Scooter, what did you use to loosen the bolt to rotate? You need some leverage and I don’t think a 6mm Allen wrench...

Sweet Ride! I ride a Denago City 1 with Fenders added. I also have a Lectric XP 3 Step Thru coming with passenger package! My wife wants to learn how to navigate it and ride with me on the back!
