    I think your drone capabilities are way above mine. Haven't pushed the Mini 3 to the limit yet but yes it is prone to loosing sight as you mentioned. At least it stops at that point rather than crashing into whatever is blocking it....

    After multiple crashes with the Mini 2 I went with the Mini 3 Pro. It comes with the built in "follow me" capabilities without the need for another app but the best part are the front and back obstacle avoidance sensors. They've saved me a few times already.........

    Thx. There were small signs saying no drones at both ends of the Myra Canyon portion of the trail. I believe it's because it's a provincial park. I actually didn't notice them until I was leaving. Anyone I had contact with was mostly curious about the drone and no one gave me any grief...
