There are no markings on the motor, I bought new batteries, and have kept them charged. It gets up to 12 mph. Yes, I am looking at better batteries.

I bought this bike used for exercise, it came with a motor. I don't know what kind or wattage (no markings) 36 volt 3 12v lead acid in a series. I have not been on a bike for almost 8 years ( at the time when I bought it) I thought it would be a good idea to have a motor when I get tuckered out...
