That's unfortunate to hear they sold out but I guess good for them. The bike is pretty much a copy of the RAD Rover but with smaller battery and less standard equipment. However the Rover is a tad bit more expensive but I hear they have much better support. Good luck!

I've been happy with my Himiway All Terrain bike. Has a 48V 17.5ah battery and a 750w motor. It was 1350 USD total. It's a new company out there with limited support but the bike has been solid. Have had it for 2 weeks and just reached over 100 trouble free miles so far.

The first thing I'd be concerned with is how heavy these bikes get. Carrying an 70lb ebike up a few steps is no cake walk let alone 2 stories for the average joe...

The Orbea Katu looks like a carbon copy of the Ariel M-class. Looking at the Ariel website, it shows you can purchase a rear rack that might work for you. I don't own any of these products but thought this would help. Good luck...

I have a Thule cross chariot trailer that uses a very similar attachment. My bike also uses 15mm bolts on the rear hub. I had to bore out the hole using a power drill and appropriate drill bit. This video helped a lot with figuring things out. And here us the drill bit I bought from home...

I hope you were able to find a LBS to take a look at the bike for you and fix the error code. I was able to track down the user manual on the display unit and there are settings which can alter how much "kick" each level will give. Here is the link for the manual...
