No rain. All dry. Pads were cleaned, and then sanded. Neither made a difference. This was all done by a pro ebike shop. After this, they got replaced. Now, exact same riding conditions, exact same km, and not a single noise.

Brakes were properly aligned at bike shop. they still made noise. Read the Facebook forum threads, multiple reports of this problem from rize owners. If you sell a bike with faulty brakes pads, they should be covered for warranty.

Now my Rize rx pro is making the same brake noises. Took a bit longer to kick in. Looks like Tektro pads are crap. The leisure with new pads did 35 km today and are still quiet. Looks like I will have to replace the rx pro pads as well.
