I did it on RRST this past Sunday. Got my Gear a few weeks late but typical for bike gear these days. The dock for the stock controller is different from the video but it worked out for me just fine. 1) removed battery and dock .. easy 2) removed screws of stock controller 3) clipped zip ties...

Is the charger customized to the battery or does it come with adapters? I have a few bikes that use a 2.5 barrel that I'd use this on once the new UCP ships

Given the likelihood that Pushkar has been trying to fit square pegs in round holes for this entire project, The fact that a key actually turns is a more than likely a joy. I personally could spin more keys positively or not but prefer to focus on my original desire for a superior ( not perfect)...

Wasn't Amazon wise when they decided to get into the delivery business.. With eCommerce expanding exponentially and all the carriers playing catch up.. I fully expect WW Pushkar to come up with an eco friendly answer we can all live with lol
