It is fairly level, but there is a slight upward tilt. All my saddles are like that. It is what works for me. It is not as dramatic as it appears in the photo but ... I did check it with a level as well.

This is very curious indeed. I doubt that Bosch has so much stock that it is using motors this old, or for that matter, Riese and Muller are building bikes so old. The bike is meant to be MY 2023.

Thanks. The first five digits of my drive unit and battery serial number are: 02750 I am not sure that I can compute a date from these numbers. They also do not match the date included in the LBS internal diagnostic report, as mentioned in my OP re the drive unit.
