Looks like more of an electric moped type of shop than your typical e-bike product line. I think any return of an e-bike is being generous, they are easy to abuse. Yes, the basis of the BodyFloat design, aka parallelogram suspension. I've seen it used on some high-end trikes wheels. You pre-load into the spring and thus float. -S

I second the tire liner approach, slime can settle and even seal off a portion of the tube, I know this as one blew up on me and slimmed my face! -S

While I have never tried those other brands what I'm always telling people is nothing responds as fast as metal springs under compression. Even textured roads are being attenuated with the design, should last quite a long time too. -S

The term dongled is your clue. I've seen 40 mph on my Haibike, downhill and pedaling like a mofo! 28 - 33 is actually quite common in Trubo. -S

Not necessarily, with the tight fitting thick/thin chainring this can happen on hardtail models too (given enough muck). When I replaced my chain at first I thought it was the wrong one and did not fit, but when I happened to index it fwd one link it fell into place. I've never seen this design...

It seems to be fine, I was just checking for loose parts after a few hundred miles of use and it felt loose at the time, so I backed it out and noticed the silicone, never really felt it thread into the opposite side but 3nm is not much to 'feel'. Thanks for your concern. -S
