What is your budget for a kit or new bike?

Keep electric bikes slow 20 or less - one of the main reasons i bought one is i didnt need a license plate -- insurance ---motorcycle license. Because of health reasons i sold my Vulcan 750 , my Kymco 250 scooter and now im riding an electric bike soon!

Bad battery or charger possibly

Was the charger turned off when you hooked it up to the battery? You should have red and yellow lights lit on the charger if its charging.' The yellow light will turn green at full charge.

Yeah minnesota has been really progressive in ebike laws - way ahead of California

I talked to Prodecotech support , they have been really good at answering the phone and all my questions promptly, I am quite impressed! They are not sure if the BEAM TS system is compatible with the redesigned Genesis. They are calling me back Friday to let me know if they can add it to my order.
