I don't know what parts they still have or how long they will have them. Parts are no longer being manufactured. That doesn't mean it's a bad bike. It's also a DD bike, not everyone's cup of tea.

Right, I've purchased parts for my Elby from them and service was good.

They were good bikes I love mine, parts are available but I would avoid them.

I'm not posting about cables or Luna and this may not be relevant but I much prefer my BBSHD powered bike over any Ultra powered bike I've ridden. My Biktrix Juggernaut BBSHD is a torque monster and tuned to perfection. I've found my Ultra a disapointment in comparison.

Ya, my best climber out of eight bikes is my Biktrix Juggernaut BBSHD. My HD is a better climber than my Ultra powered Wattwagon. I have to say though my Brose powered BH AtomX EMTB will climb a 15 degree hill all day and is the most refined and smoothest.

How does the original display work?

What I would want to know is how many reviews is it based on. Unless there's at least a ( approximately ) hundred or more bikes of each brand being reviewed the results are statistically meaningless. This survey is definitely a good start though and could become the consumers report of eBikes.

No I didn't, I will if I have any issues with the stock motor. I upgraded to Bolton's controller and display and it has as much power now as any of my bikes including the ones with the Bafang mid drives.

I'm happy with my RadRover, you get what you pay for and I knew what I was buying. I upgraded the controller and the bike is a rocket, otherwise it's a slug. There's no refinement with a <$2000 bike.

Good for you and your company, everyone should do this. I don't understand the reluctance to provide information. I purchased two BH Bikes last year and never received a peace of paper or a tool with either bike and that's from the largest producer of bikes in the world.
