The Carbon is the same as other Neo bikes. The motor cuts out about 25 or 26 mph. I love mine, but am secretly eyeing the Nitro line with 48v motor and 28 mph cut off.

I am thinking of ordering those Marthon Plus tires. At least one for the back tire that is a pain to change on the road. Any advise for an affordable place to buy from? Amazon?.. I can't find these at my local bike store, but I guess they could order them??

To me, 20 is way too slow, but at the same time anything above 30 is a stretch. I think there should be a tiered system, 20 mph for most bikes. Speed pedalecs should hit 30 and be designed to do so. Above 35, I think speed and road vibrations warrant a full suspension and perhaps some sort...
