I am going to second what @retiredNH said. I just checked McMaster, and standard flat head cap screws have a much smaller head than what your sketch indicates. If so, that is a unique size head, and it could be challenging to find.

I assumed that you measured your old bolts with calipers. Your sketch shows that the threaded part had an OD of 4mm, which would make it an M4 bolt. If you're guessing at the size, you're probably guessing wrong. Double check with a pair of calipers Secondly, flat head cap screws are measured...

Yes those are 3D printed. I outsourced those, just to be sure. They are PA12 Nylon. My printer is not SLS, it's FDM. so I will have to experiment with filament that has strands of carbon fiber in it.

I'm jealous. I don't have a mill or cnc router! I'll have to settle for 3D printing... maybe carbon fiber...

@CodyDog It's a shame you haven't been able to test ride the Vado 4.0. It has 4x you while the SL has 2x you, according to the Specialized website. 😉

So I did the 20 miles today. At about 18 miles the green bar finally dropped down one notch! I'm not sure if that's 10% or 20%. It looks a lot like 10%. How far can I draw it down safely? To the 40% mark? Or what is the cutoff?
